Principal Lawyer Litsa Pavlou started Windsor Legal in 2010. She is an experienced lawyer having been admitted to practice in 1998 in Victoria. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Commercial Law degree. Before starting Windsor Legal Litsa had worked in private law firms and government. She has been a Judge's Associate, a lawyer in commercial, property and family law firms and she has given migration advice to private and corporate clients. She has even acted for asylum seekers on Christmas Island! These days she is happy to stay in Melbourne and focus on providing quality conveyancing services to its people (and beyond). She first started conveyancing in 2010 and that currently forms the main part of her practice.
Litsa deals with clients directly and maintains responsibility for every file. She is interested in learning more about her clients and their property plans and she loves supporting them as they realise their home ownership dreams. She especially enjoys acting for first home buyers and teaching them about the buying process. She has gained a reputation for high quality client service. She works hard for every client and gets personal satisfaction when she achieves good results for her clients.
Litsa holds an unrestricted Australian Practising Certificate allowing her to practice as a lawyer (issued by Victorian Legal Services Board + Commissioner), professional indemnity insurance and maintains a trust account which is fully audited.
