CONTRACT and SECTION 32 PRE-PURCHASE REVIEWS Review for an existing house or apartment: $230 (within 72 hours of receiving the contract) $190 First home buyer rate (within 72 hours of receiving the contract) * Urgent review surcharge $99, review within 24 hours of receiving the contract, subject to availability.
Review for an off the plan property or land being subdivided: $350 (within 72 hours of receiving the contract) $290 First home buyer rate (within 72 hours of receiving the contract) * Urgent review surcharge $99, review within 24 hours of receiving the contract, subject to availability. The Contract/Section 32 must not exceed 500 pages for these fees to apply. If the Contract is over 500 pages, an additional charge of 50c per page over 500 pages will apply.

CONVEYANCING FEES All-Inclusive Fixed Fees SALE $1,200 Plus Disbursements which vary, around $180 for a house with no Owners Corp or around $350-500 for a unit with an Owners Corporation. The sale fee is spit in two parts- Stage 1 - Contract/Section 32 drafting, $350 plus disbursements $170-350. If you withdraw the property from the market, only Stage 1 will be payable. Stage 2 - If and when you sell and settle the remaining $850 will be payable at settlement.
PURCHASE existing property $1,200 Reduced rate for a First Home Buyer $1,100. Plus Disbursements which vary $80-$300. Our fee includes applying for the first home buyer stamp duty concession application where applicable. All purchase fees are payable at settlement.
PURCHASE OFF THE PLAN $1,450 Reduced Off the Plan purchase by a First Home Buyer $1,350 (eligible for this rate if they are eligible to apply for the FHOG or first home buyer stamp duty concessions) Plus Disbursements which vary $50-$200 (higher end for Owners Corporation properties). All purchase fees are payable at settlement. If you withdraw from the off the plan purchase prior to settlement, partial conveyancing fees will be payable and will be calculated at the time of withdrawal.
Non-Sale Property Transfers For example, between partners (or former partners) or other family members. Transfer to an Executor. Transfer by an Executor to a Beneficiary under a Will. Removal of a deceased’s name from a title. Must be a transfer without a Contract of Sale and probate must already have been granted if applicable. If we are acting for both parties in a transfer, the fee will be charged for each party. $880 per party, Plus disbursements $100-$300.
Purchase of a stratum title or leasehold property This is rare and can be complex. It may require different documentation to a regular conveyance. Our fees vary depending on the type of property $1,550-$1,850 plus disbursements $200-$500
Hourly rate for other legal work, $330 per hour If the hourly rate is to be charged you will be given a total estimate. A fully itemised bill will be provided. Most conveyances do not require any other work and do not incur extra fees. Legal fees will be incurred if disputes arise or additional agreements are required.
